The Parallel History Project on Cooperative Security (PHP, the former Parallel History Project on NATO and the Warsaw Pact), led by Vojtech Mastny.
The project concentrates on NATO and Warsaw Pact activities and on security policy, and furthermore on the high politics of the Cold War.
